Addiscombe Environmental Consultants Limited is pleased to welcome Graham Cowling to the company as Technical Director. Graham brings with him over 30 years’ experience of noise and vibration projects including oil and gas, industrial, planning, construction, infrastructure, defence and buildings. Graham will have technical and commercial responsibility for our projects and will head up the Southampton Office, which will be opening soon.
